Who called from 4028299102

I get evening calls from this number, I haven't actually answered, left no voicemail, I'm called at least once a month sometimes more frequent, do they ever stop?

I live in CST zone. Call received 01/21/2016 at 7:10 p.m. Probably some jack-wagon wanting to know who I will vote for, or what TV show I am watching. No message because JWs don't leave messages because they are jack-wagons. Besides, who tells phone pollsters the truth?!  BTW, I don't take calls during family time. Tough.

I received a call on my cell no message 1/22/2016 8.08pm EST  All my numbers are listed on the Do Not Call List so I am reporting them.
