Called cell.  No message.

Just called me and answered. No one was there.

I answered the call, recorded message wanting to lower my credit card interest rates.. push 1 to continue OR push 2 to no longer receive these calls.. of course I pushed 2 but wondering if that was even the right thing to do? I am suppose to be on no call list for my cell
