Every time I get a caller-ID like this either it goes silent when the voice mail answers
+ Your PC is sending errors to Microsoft... (sigh, how many people fall for this scam now?)
+ It's the "We can lower your student loan <<insert: Payments, Interest, Principle>>" which anyone that knows anything about the student loan program knows is a scam.

+ This is the IRS-Services with some lame middle-eastern-Indian-accented boob trying to tell me their name is John Q Smith

People, the scammers have discovered the mid-American area-codes and 402 covers most of the eastern half of Nebraska.
Unless you have friends, family, or a business relationship with someone in Nebraska do not bother to pick these calls up.
BTW: Many of the call centers located in Nebraska are closing
