This person keeps calling me and won't stop!

This number called me and I answered, but it sounded completely silent. Not even breathing. Weird...

Received a call to try to reactivate my SiriusXM account, which we cancelled a month earlier.

This number is Sirius XM radio. I cancelled my service in January 2015. They have been calling two or three times a week since then to offer a special rate to renew my service. I told them yesterday that I was not interested in renewing my service but they still called again today!
