Who called from 4029367000

I have received 4 calls from this number over the last 2 days. No message left and they'll call back twice an hour. I called the number back, it went to music then a female picked up. She said it was about college referrals. I told her I wasn't interested and to take me off her list. She said she would so we'll see if it works.

i hardly ever use a computer and they constantly call they are harrassing me constantly and hang up when i answer.

Rang & rang till voicemail then left no message. From Nebraska.

I haven't signed up on any of those cites, so I don't know why I would be getting calls.
