Trying to get you to use their service, seems like 75% of the time you call its a set of male or female recordings, the other 25% of the time it must be routed to an actual person because they spoke faster and used my name. Reported for DNC violation, they constantly change their numbers.
An English speaking man called my 83 year old Nana on her cell phone from the following number: 231-497-3041 (which also happens to be the area code of her cell phone and where she used to live). He said he was calling from College Referrals...I got on the phone and told them to take her off their call list. I called the number back and a lady with a thick Indian accent answered, I asked how they got my nana's number and she kept repeating that her company is College Referrals and they are just calling to "offer some complimentary information for free about furthering your education.". I asked her how their number had a 231 area code if they are calling from Reno, Nevada (which both she and the initial guy said they were calling from there)...she replied, " this is our business phone number..." She thanked me for my time and quickly got off the phone.
