These folks are the LOWEST OF THE LOW!!!! I have also been getting calls daily from these SCAMMERs with the same message as everyone else. They say that they’re going to file a case with the court with my name and SS#, and they need to hear back from me or my attorney today, yada yada yada, Basically a lot of “I’ll huff and puff and blow your house down” big bad wolf threatening type stuff. Be aware these “SCAMMERS” also call from the following numbers. 402-454-7324, 402-951-9325, 402-951-9326, 402-951-9327, 402-817-7910, 402-817-7912. Thank goodness for sites like these that expose these pieces of filth.
Received daily call from this number for a week with same stupid message filing a claim under my name and social. Final attempt if you fail to return call we will assume you waive your right to an attorney and file with state. Apparently they are also judge and jury.
I keep getting calls from these scammers! They change numbers every few days and its always the same message, "final attempt to contact you, if you do not call our office by the end of the day, today, we will file a claim with your name and social with the county." Sorry, first they have called from 3 different states and its always the same woman, even though a man did try a few times, guess he gave up. Second this has been going on for a couple of months so how many times are you giving me till the end of the day to call you back? And third what the hec do I have to do with a county in Nebraska! Seriously, I regret ever going to a check cashing place but I did it when we were having some financial problems. So now I see they do actually sell your info to any idiot criminal out there. I will just keep doing what I do blocking all calls from Nebraska and going on about my life. I have reported previous numbers but I wonder if anything really gets done. Its probably hard to get these delinquents since they are always changing their numbers. Oh and I love how they never say what company or agency they are with, because no legitimate company would state that.

Miss Schaffer, or SHAFT ER, has an unlimited supply of phone numbers, in Ohio and Nebraska, and it's been a nasty last and final call for 2 months now , with the calls starting back in March when I got this phone number, she even has a fake recording of the chatter in a call center in the background, but when I called the second time without saying anything she just kept saying, Hello? What a LOOSER!!!! So I sent a message with auto reject that I was praying for her to receive all that she truly needs , maybe everyone should do the same and drive her crazy instead of us. I felt better, just So Not give her any personal information. Have a nice day ya'll
I keep getting calls from this number with the same message, final attempt, affidavit will be filled on a criminal complaint etc.... The gentleman on the line did say he is from direct funding. They are a collection agency trying to scare you in paying a debt by sounding as if they are calling from an attorney office and have legal standing in there collection activities
