Yea that did head Robert Moore called and said same crap. Deny any knowledge of these pay day loans and look at the statute of limitations for being sued. Once it's past that tell them u know your rights and they have no leg to stand on. Tell them they shouldn't have bought that debt to try and collect from you. Btw when they threaten warrant well they're no law enforcement and trust me the law doesn't call u before u get a warrant.
