Similar to those "Rachael" calls. This was "Stacy" wanting to lower my interest rates. Said I could push 1 for operator, 3 to add myself to do-not-call-list. I pushed 3. That restarted the pre-recorded message from the beginning. Each time I pushed 3, it restarted. No feedback saying they would not call me again. I am on do-not-call list.
This number called me today and when I pressed 3 to remove me from their list, it just kept repeating itself. I pressed 1 to tell them about the issue and he guy hung up on me before I could tell him anything.
