I got a call from this number at 9 pm this evening asking me what my credit card debt was. When I said I wouldn't reveal that to anybody over the phone and asked their phone number they responded: 1-800-[***]. They then hung up. Apparently they said they are a company called Laguna.
Call about my credit card rates, press 1 to talk to a rep. Have called many times, whenever I ask to be removed from their list, they hang up on me. Phone number traces back to CitiStream, a call center, and they have a customer service number to place complaints about their clients:
Called and left message on how to reduce credit card debt. I tried to call back to give a piece of my mind and they do not answer. This is getting anoying. It is the same as the calls that keep coming in and telling us that the warranty is up on our cars. I am sick of this!!
