Robot female recorded message.  Called my cell phone. Says "this is your mortgage provider" - if you are behind on your payments - don't worry - you don't have to lose your home..." (or something like that, and then more about "ARMs").  

First of all - I've always made my payments on time - still on time - and I have a simple 30 yr - my real "mortgage provider" surely knows that.  SO - it is some 3rd party.

The message the asks "press 1 to learn more, press 2 if this call is an error..."  Error??  They are cold-calling, period.  I pressed 2 - it didn't even say "sorry" or "goodbye" - the line was dead from that second - go figure!!  Wow!  Predatorial Losers abound!!!
