I too got 2 calls from this number selling some security system. the persons calling sounded like they were calling from offshore using a VOIP line or something - definitely not US based customer service.
Recording about grant money to help small businesses. "Press one for further information." Based on another recipient's report that caller was selling security systems, it is likely a telemarketer working for various clients.
