Have received numerous calls many days 3 times a day from 1-402-982-0533 always same man with alot of noise in background. Always immediately says I must have called wrong number and hangs up. Last time I told him don't ever call here again; but next morning another call and I let my answering machine answer but hung up and left no message.

Another. There must be software (phone co proprietary) that allows one to BAR incoming calls from a known list (say, some on the list here). It is not a difficult thing to do in terms of programming. However, (ahem) one would need access to some of the phone service programming code (I imagine; I'm not a programmer). How about a KILL FILE for phone numbers product.
Just received a call from #402-982-0533 and showed Jamie Jenkens on the caller id. When I picked up it went straight into an automated service and someone started talking about Insurance, so I hung up. But I called the number back and it said - Thank you for calling back. Please allow up to 72 hours to have your number removed from our preferred marketing list - I pressed 1 and can only hope it works!
