This # called us at 1 am this morning! We didn't answer and no message was left. I tried to call the number this morning but I got an operator error saying that the call couldn't be completed. Good thing for them we were too out of it at 1 am to pick up the call.
I am Rodger Haglund of Haglund Law Group and am deeply troubled by the business practices of Jarod Chase of Chase Residential Solutions. As soon as I discovered these disconcerting business practices, I severed my ties with him and all his cronies. If you are contacted by him, you should thoroughly investigate him and his affiliates before doing any business with him.
Rodger Haglund you should be more concerned with the numerous state bar complaints against you. If you continue to slander people, you will get sued. You know what your firm did to people. Taking their money and then not performing any work at all. Your name will be on the CalBar list of fraud attorneys very soon. For the public to know, I worked for Chase Residential Solutions and they NEVER bought leads from any such place. This story does not refer to CRS or its owner, Jarod Chase. They did however turn in an attorney who ripped off hundreds of innocent homeowners for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Rodger Haglund is a crook, ask the state bar how many complaints he has on his name and you will know. He would be arrested by the AG if they could find him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RODGER HAGLUND OR THE HAGLUND LAW GROUP. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE STATE BAR IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME!!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!! HE EVEN DEFRAUDED PEOPLE FOR THEIR BK FILING, HE TOOK THEIR MONEY AND NEVER FILED AND THEN NEVER FOLLOWED UP EITHER!! BE AWARE, HE IS A CROOK!!
I am continuously contacted by homeowners telling me that Chase Residential Solutions and Quantum Law Center have been selling loan modification services telling homeowners that Quantum is a new law firm formed after merging with Haglund Law Group. This is simply not true. Haglund Law Group has had to dispell this falsehood multiple times to unfortunate homeowners who believed that falsity and handed over thousands of dollars to Chase Residential Solutions and/or Quantum Law Center. When I discovered their despicable business practices, I immediately attempted to stop them from duping unsuspecting homeowners (many of who live in the Southeastern US) from doing any further damage. People and affiliate companies have been distancing themselves from Chase Residential Solutions and Quantum Law Center at an alarming rate. I have personally spoken with Malik Shakur, Esq. and he disclaims any affiliation with Quantum Law Center. Mr. Shakur is an honorable man who practices law in the state of Maryland, and, like myself, is having his name sullied by Jarod Chase, Chase Residential Solutions, and Quantum Law Center due to their misrepresentations and deceptive business practices all the while claiming affilaition therewith. I feel personally troubled by the thousands of homeowners who believe they have hired my firm when in fact they have not.
again, this is Roger Haglund telling a lie. He is talking about a different Malik Shakur, he does not even practice real estate law. Malik Shakur is actually the owner of Quantum Law Center and the CEO, check the webpage and call him.
Not sure if anybody is still getting calls from 402-982-0549 but they call me every day and never say anything or never leaves a message. Well the telephone company that is providing the service to this number is Citistream Communications Inc (402-982-0215). I called them and told them that I was getting unwanted phone calls from this number. After telling them that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Communication Commission----they asked for my phone number and said that they would have it removed within 72 hours. I am not sure at what level they are affiliated with this 402-982-0549 number but I told them that I would report them as well if the calls do not stop.
