it was the same automated call about my car warranty, who are these people that keep sending this stuff out, and how do they get our numbers and most importantly.... how do we find them? they need to be tortured for weeks and forced to answer a phone that keeps calling them with that stupid automated message

This was a cellphone call.
My vehicle is 10 years old.
My mother's vehicle is 5 years old and she also has been called but doesn't wish to extend her warranty.
I received a call from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer it, but googled the number when I got home to find out who it was. I use my cell phone as my business phone for my quilting business and had I not been out to eat at the time, I probably would have answered it. I know I am not alone in finding these types of calls annoying, and if by reporting it, I can help eliminate a recurrance (highly unlikely!) I would like to do my part. Thanks for anything you can do.
I was called 2x on this number re. a car warranty. Today I was called again from another number, I have just reported that. I called the previous number and it is no longer in service. I am on the do not call list and I do not give out my cell phone number.
