Have been receiving telemarketing calls from 480.982.0659.  Nothing more annoying than having one's privacy interrupted when answering a call and receiving an automated message or hearing a ring-back.  Anyway, it is a scam using the term "National Health Insurance" and "president's new plan" to get you to buy their insurance.  Interestingly, the caller ID identified the call as from Mortgage Lux so they are selling more than one scam.
