weird recording that I couldn't understand accept for "expiring soon"

Yea same thing w/ me. It almost sounded like a phony indian accent. I called back and pressed 1 to get off their call list but said it take up to 72 hours. SO of course this same person calls 5 hours later.

I just got the same call what is this?
