Got a call from 402-982-0710 at 6:18pm on my cell phone yesterday. I didn't answer it no message was left. My cell number is also listed as on the Do Not Call registery. I'm not spanish nor is my surname.
received call from this number. I didn't picked it up and called back to the number. I heared the automated message and it was from the telemarketing. "If you don't want to get called again please press 1. Please give us 72 hours to remove your name from the list."

These calls are now banned by the FTC.
You can file a complaint at donotcall.gov or call 1-877-382-4357.
Theoretically these jerks can get fined up to $16,000 per call, so everyone should file a complaint.
