I received a telemarketing call on my cell phone today from the above number. I registered my cell phone on the National Do Not Call Registry. When I call the number back, it tells you if you want to be put on their DNC list to press 1 and then when you do, the call disconnects.
A few weeks ago door to door salesmen from APX SECURITY were walking through my neighborhood trying to get people to put a sign in their yard and they would GIVE them a free security system. I told the guy I wasn't interested. Then I got a call from this number and it said it was from OTO INC. I did a little research of my own and found that OTO INC is calling to solicit for APX. I've already reported this number on the DNC website. When APX stopped by my house I also did a little research on them and found that it's a scam.
Got a message tonight from this number with a message to call 202-270-3522 (reverse lookup shows this as a cell phone in Washington DC) to talk about my services in Tucson.
