got the call,would not say what credit card company they are,I think it is scam for people to give out a number.says they will lower interest rate! This needs to be stopped!
Caller claims to be working for HSBC, Bank of America, and other large banks to reduce interest rates on Visa or Mastercard accounts. Checked with bank and it is definitely a scam.
