2 calls same day, mechanical voice, "Sorry I dialed the wrong number"

First call callerid showed 202-495-7164  Private
Second call callerid showed 402-982-0819 Private office

I also had the (402) call today and they said the same thing.  I normally screen all calls and it sounded really weird.  I first felt bad that I hung up on them when they apologized and then I looked this up and now I don't anymore.  I guess it's telemarketers trying to get around things.
