Man with accent claimed that an IT manager had requested paperwork from him and was expecting his call. Researched this number on several sites and transferred him to Purchasing, IT division. He returned, complaining that I didn't understand, but I sent him to Purchasing again.
Thick accent "Jason" from IBM wanting to speak with our Dir of Sales. I "accidentally" hung up on him then when he called back sent him straight to voice mail. he didnt call back!
