Who called from 4040030045

Unknown caller

Received a call from 404-003-0045 at work... Caller ID said "Name not found", so I didn't answer.  When I blocked my number on my cell phone and tried to call it back, it said it was not a working number.

He asked for my phone number or email address because he wanted to be my 'friend.'

He said the same thing to me too.  He said his name is Shawn but I highly doubt he is with AT&T. I am trying to call AT&T.  He also said he was from Atlanta.
