Has anybody figured out who this is? I called back and it said a non working number....right after they called me.... Has anybody been getting phone charges for out of the country??? I have heard people calling and as soon as you answer you think they hang up but they are actually calling someone else with your number and mins.
I get 3 calls a day with the same message on my voice mail, this is just one of the numbers, they use different numbers so they are hard to block. I have a prepaid phone and they are using my prepaid minutes, I'm fuming
