Got this call from 404-214-0359 and indeed it is Washington Mutual collections department. WHAT NEW LEVEL OF LOW will WAMU step to next?
As soon as I asked the non-english speaking female on the phone "why would WAMU come up as Atlanta Diabeti SHE OF COURSE IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP!
This gives me all the more reason to never send WAMU another dime. When a BANK stoops to this level of unethical practice then I'll also exhibit my ethics by refusing to send you another $10,000 in interest over the next 3 years! Congrats, you get "zero" from me for the rest of time, now go sell the bad debt to another scammer so I can harass them on the phone when they start calling.
This call registers on caller id as "Atlanta Diabeti" so you think that it is from perhaps a diabeties foundation. It is actually Washington Mutual via India calling for money!

This is WAMU. Isn't there some way that we can put a complaint against this? Shouldn't they have to abide by the same collection rules as collection agencies? They are using out of country calling centers that are in turn using non-USA allowed collection practices.
