My husband got 3 calls today from them and he is not over his limit and his payment is not due. Called credit one and they said its not them. Its a scam most likely.
I too received a call didn't recognize the number and called it back. They said it was Credit One bank and the call may be monitored. I hung up, as my payment is due in 2 days and though it is currently over the limit due to the annual fee, my payment will bring me under my limit so I don't feel the need to have them harrass me about making a payment asap! Or charging me a fee to schedule it over phone with them.
I wish they would just leave a message at least saying who they are calling from. I'm not avoiding them...
