They asked for a credit card or bank acct # to pay my account which they said was past due and wanted to help me protect my credit. I figured it's a scam as first of all I have no late payments and they insisted for an acct# or credit card number over and over even after I said I don't pay over the phone. It was female with an accend that sounded from India.
