Who called from 4042670006

This is WAMU using a false caller ID to get people to pick up.  I've reported the company numerous times for this type of sales/collection practices but they just change to using a different - and also false - caller ID and phone number.  It is their agressive out of country calling centers doing this.

I just got a call from this company, will be reporting them as well.

How do I report them? I just got a call too?

If you find out, let me know, I am sick of getting calls. I am on a no call but it doesn't seem to be working!
