Who called from 4042670782

Number has called me over 10 times in last month and no one is there when I answer it and I get a "This number is not in service" when I call it back also they never leave a message.
I will not be hearing from them again as I have directed any further calls to my black list.

Same experience. Missed the call (on my cell phone). When I called back, message said..."this number is not in service"

Same thing here, except I actually got a heavy breathing hello before the caller hung up. I also blocked this number.

They call every day. It's about 3 times a day.

I answered the call. She said she was from the "County Fraud Alert division" and I needed to call a 844 number and give them a case number so they could tell me who had placed a complaint against me.
