calls and waits till i answer but just hangs up... annoying call the number back and it says call cannot be completed as dialed.

got 3 calls today. last one 5 minutes ago. WTF.

Called twice today while my phone was on silent, no message either time.

i've recieved calls from this number for the past couple days now. they never leave a voicemail if i miss their call, and when i do pick up they hang up or it disconnects right away! ughhh so annoying! i tried calling back and it gives me an error message that it can't be "completed as dialed". WTFFFFFFFF?!?!?! how do i make this stop!!??
