I had given in once for herbal medicine and ordered it by paying $360. It did not work and I reported it to them. After 6 months or so, all of a sudden I got a call saying they are refunding me my money. I got excited that finally I will get all my money back. Well, not so. This phone number calls and calls and then finally, they said if I get a gift card, they will put my money back on it. I said no and send me my money by money order or check. They kept calling and said no, they have to put it on a gift card. Well, I thought I will get my money back. Instead whatever money was on gift card, they withdrew it and not every time I call, they keep saying the doctor is out of town or in research lab etc etc. I keep telling them I will report them but they laugh at it. Please do not get into a mess like mine if you read this. Because they make it sound so simple and you get to believe what they are saying and end up by losing more money. I should have thought better but I trusted them too much. Its some herbal company so be aware please.
