This number is being used to facilitate a fraud scam where the caller advises he is with a local LE agency and that there is warrant for the individual called, for not showing up for jury duty. He ask the victim to pay a fee of $500.00 to get the victim released from the warrant. The caller wants to be paid on a Green Dot Card. In may particular case, the caller identified himself as Sgt. Reilly with the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

People!! It is a SCAM! No court is going to demand money for missing jury duty over the phone!
The person left a vague message claiming to be a sheriff from Gwinnett Co., I called the sheriff's office to confirm this person is legit. They are not! They are trying to get you to pay money for a missed court date, in my case he said my father has a warrant for missing a court date in December...kicker is, my father has been deceased 6 years! The sheriff's office said to NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING! The Sheriff's office will NOT call you to serve you, they will come to you.
