Yes, I'm on the Do-Not-Call list. Usually this does no good, as spoofers just fake the outgoing Caller ID's they're using, but in this case Prudential just ignored the law and started making solicitation calls anyway, using one of their real office numbers. Unbelievable! I have filed an FCC complaint plus one to Prudential's Corporate "Investigations" address (intended for complaints about insurance fraud, which I believe THEY are perpetrating in this case). If a major company like this is willing to openly break the law and PO potential customers, why would anyone ever want do business with them? I sure never will!
Yep, caller ID siad Prudential, though they left no message and I don't use them as an insurance company, so just another telemarketer. Have to say this is the first one I've got from Prudential, and would think they'd be 'above' that as a company. Typically I just get junk mail from insurance companies and not calls.
