The original number where the call came from was another (404) Area Code which may be suburbia Atl or somewhere in state of GA. Again, the original message left on my VM was from a Christopher Anderson and I spaced the guys name I talked to @ above listed number. Apparently they are operating this scheme together.
They're payday loan SCAMMERS claiming to have legitimate "Federal Cases" against the general public they are calling getting ph numbers from info they've obtained online somewhere.Just forget em Hannah.
Same ruse. Ignore. You can't be arrested, have your SS# put on hold, etc. for debt. If you want to mess with them, ask for a copy of the "bill" e-mailed to you. I create a contact on my phone then "Auto Reject" the number. It then goes to my voice mail without my phone ringing.
Yeah this.is all a scam . They called from a 860 nber which is where I live. However told me to call back a 404 # told me his name was cris anderson. And that there was a litigation lawsuit filed again me ..in a voice mail!! He also never said my ne or who this law suit was against or even filed by. I mean if your gonna call amd say SOMEONE filed a law suit again SOMEONE and want me to call you back TODAY or my legal representation don't you think you should say who your looking for . I mean who in there right mind would call back for a law suit if they have absolutely no name of who they were looking for.
