I received a call from a lady named Karen, said I'm going to jail if I dont' pay by the end of the day, this was Monday, I called told her I don't have the money, have not received paper work on this matter and dont' remember this. She put a man on the phone his name was Chris Black, she said they are putting two warrants out for my arrest police are going to come get me, Ill do 60 days in jail or have a 40grand bond. Said I need to send 2500 in a money gram or at least half 1200 by end of the day or the police are going to come get me. He said this was from Aug of 2010. After I got of the phone I called my older sister, she called and said she was my lawyer and asked for the fax number and when she looked it up it was for a strip club in Atlanta. So I don't know what to do or what will happen, it scared me the thought of going to jail.
I also received a call from this number, but unfortunately I owed the debt and everything she told me pertaining to me was indeed true. It was on the court docket with the stated of Texas which I reside. The only thing I can say regarding this company they are legit I verified it myself the charges are real and sometimes we as people make mistakes . Hey we are all entitled to them pay your debt and you want have to worrying about suffering the consequences of your own actions.
