i had a problem with some collectors. i found a lawyer and he helped me win two against them two times!!! i didnt know but they can't tell anyone but you about that debt!! they were calling my mom and telling her they were lawyers and i owed money and were trying to get it from her!!!! they even said they get a warrant and stuff for me. no way!!!!!!! they even sent me a letter saying they were a law office!! it was so awful, my mom was crying about it and stuff. i found out all that violates the fdcpa, so you can get help if they are doing it to you!! I don't even pick up the phone. My call blocker with verizon is maxed out, that's one sure way of not even getting the calls in the first place. If anyone really believes that a national or any other kind of "do not call list" really works, let me sell you a bridge in Arizona. These people could care less about violating some do not call list.
"King Obama" can't make laws by himself, he or anyone else who is President can only approve or veto laws that are made by congress...thus the reason, he is not "King" and is called "President." Put your partisanship back in your pants and send a letter to your congress person if you really want to be part of the solution.

I Googled this number and it brought up a company called TELEPEST.us. REALLY? Ironic isn't it? Stop unwanted calls. Every call I've received at work today has been a solicitor. Seriously. Complete waste of my time. I feel like getting rid of my phone altogether and just comunicate via email. Most of my business is done via email anyway......
