The man responsible for the scam linked to various multilevel Body Theft ID Scams, Money Scams involving Africa Nigeria India and now using Russian landlines is a phsychopath who works for intake new accounts at a Federally governed State run LifeLine program for free or low pay telephones approved by active programs. He also is connected to lawyer fraud beneficiary death claims by name searching and linking to address hoping to gather more personal identifiers and one day get the ID data he needs to become a papered US citizen. I have heard his voice for 3 years and been stalked by him longer than that.d It's likely the foreign-company allows this stalking to occur because they don't care what one sales man does with the public as I have not seen one worker lift a finger to stop the actions taken by a worker who has sensitive data at his fingers and I have complained. I have traced this man and tested him, he is stalking me via communications. The police Department made him say he's sorry too when he is clearly not after 3 times.
Assurance Wireless intake for new accounts has applied this man to every single call I have made for a new application. He can't hear well, he's delayed, he's a control freak, he's rude and over polite and the same time, he latches onto any kind word obsessively and bothers women asks to call outside of work and has nothing to say. he cannot talk about his country nor seem to speak much of the language accept a little bit of garbled Farsi. How he's working and I am not in contrast, angers me. He's wasted my business time and ruined calls, he's dropped clues that he's been searching my search histories. He's tied up my phone lines with calls leaving no message and pretended to be hundreds of companies with something to sell but no address, no phone, and alternating dollar amounts. He seems to have a psychological issue that is not way to define and likes to bother women. I have him pegged as a DMS4 or 5. I do not think he has an intellectual disability like autism or retardation. He has been using the phone system to get close to people and beg for money by lying. He insists he is not the caller. But, he is. He is the exact called and I even had his name and turned it in once. His coworker further ruins his cover at work because her accent is worse and her voice is not distinguishable, she also answers the technical line at work. He seems to protect her when she is turned down with a "NO" for an answer. The pair work together at Assurance Wireless New Accounts. He gathers personal data for someone and has been stalking me for over 6 years.

Microsoft Lottery Scam targeted at a boss the scammer apparently didn't like in India Microsoft where they tried to use a messenger delivery service to get a Western Union type of payment while they have you waiting for your millions of dollars in a big win where you are not a winner.
Adobe PDF Freeware Template shows the page. Guess what that does? It sets up the new user as the scam operator when it's a handed off tampered freeware share left on the internet. By the time you get that freeware the person who had sent the mails is gone and leaves you holding the scam evidence. Then the people you complain to are scammers as well. They pose as investigators of some sort but when pressed cannot even give your an office or badge ID. Body theft happens when the FBI is involved and the scammer really wants to intercept the money the FBI is monitoring. When you are asked to physically meet to work for an agent. The worst types of scams are those. All those scams are attached to this particular operator who seems to be very involved in easy illegal time wasting scams.
Mr Snow with the FBI is the scammer connected to most everything in my opinion. The man is dangerous.
In this scam collection the scammers even offer to help educate you in how scams work by working you over and leading your around by the nose and away from your senses. Remember who your friends are and how you shouldn't tell strangers your life story.
