This company called me asking to speak to Steve - I told her she had the wrong number. She said maybe you can help me. I am, and she gave my own name. I climbed all over her called her a liar and told her if she called my number again that I'd see her in jail.

Betican, I just received a call from this same number and did not answer it because it was not a number I'm familiar with. Am so glad that I didn't answer based on your experience. However, if they call again, I will answer and will definitely threaten them with jail time if they attempt to pull that same scam. Sorry you had to deal with that, and am very appreciative that you shared your story. It's disgusting how people choose to implement these scams, and our government officials do absolutely nothing to stop it.
