Still actively attempting to infect unsuspecting computers. Spoofed Caller ID; Lies about malfunctioning hardware; they'll do and say anything to steal people's private identity information.

said they were calling from Windows Tech Support

TO ALL - It is NOT Microsoft.  It is a THIEF.  Never give a cold caller access to your computer.  Microsoft does not cold call.
