Called daily saying there is an investigation linked to my name and social and press one to speak to rep. Never got to rep so called number back. Said we had a fraud case against my husband because of online loans and that he needs to pay to get the charges dropped. Went from $1900 balance to a balance of 710 to avoid it being progressed. Total scam... reported number to county sherriff office and have the number now blocked
Received recorded message claiming fraud with pending investigation and possible charges. Does not identify who they are looking for or who this is. Was told to press 1 to speak to an investigator to discuss. Suspect this is a phishing scam and hung up. Will not call back and will see about blocking.
