I ran a reverse look up and this was returned:

Received Call - dead air when answered - I disconnected the line.
When I call that number from another phone, it says it is a disconnected number.

Got a call from this number...answered and it was dead air.  Called back and it was "out of service."

received a call from 404-350-4700 called the number back the line disconnected after a few rings. no live person will answer this line possibly a spoofed line.

Dead air on other end also.  Have not called back.
