So I called them back at 877 249 9081. But I called from my CELL phone, not the home phone.
A machine asked me to dial my home phone (which I did) and at the same second I got a call from "OUT OF AREA" at my home phone number. I did not pick it up.
I emailed Kaiser Permanente to check the legitimacy of the call. Herer is their response:
