Portfolio Debt Recovery. They have called my cell many times and my wife's as well. They're trying to collect a debt from someone else with my same name. (I have to go throught this every 6 months or so each time one company sell the debt to another.) Any time I connect with them to tell them they have the wrong guy I'm immediately put in the call queue. I wait on hold for about 3 minutes then they hang up. Grrrrr
The caller ID said that it was Georgia state government, and when I answered a woman said something that I didn't understand. and she hung up. I don't know why I got this call.
