A man left a message stating he was with Legal Check Recovery about a returned item from my bank account and to call back with a reference number as they are expecting an immediate response.
Funny thing is my bank lets me know if it returned payment on any of my bills so one owuld assume I would aware of such a returned item. I'm sure this is just another scam as usual.
These people claim that an arrest warrant has been issued in your name for bad checks and loans that were never paid. First of all, I don't even live in the state from where they told me the arrest warrant was signed, I don't write checks - I use a prepaid Mastercard and, not only did I do collections for a very long time, I have a degree in Criminal Justice. These guys are scammers and do not get upset or worried that what they say is true - IT IS NOT!! They MUST send you any "debt" or "legal" information in the mail. It has to include your debtor's name, the amount, contact information, reference/account numbers, etc. A sheriff's Dept will not use a scam Debt Recovery service to serve/issue a warrant. Turn them in. By the way, this number is registered to "Continental Baking Co.".
If you back track the number it comes to a bakery had the same person call me I called them back and said someone called my sons phone looking for someone and they hung up on me I called back and no pick up
This number uses an auto-dialer to call. First, they called my cell phone. Secondly, it was 7:45am! I pressed 1 to find out who is calling and ask them to put me on the do not call list. Instead, i was greeted with the rudest person i've ever dealt with. When i asked to speak to his supervisor, any even more rude individual got on the phone.
Help me find these people and shut them down! They are major scammers and their whole game is steam rolling people with rudeness. Ridiculous way to start one's day!
Yeah theese jackholes called me at 8:30 in the morning and didn't say a damn word,but I've gotten a call from them before stating something is due,but only problem is I have nothin' to owe on I pay cash for everything,even my cars are paid for so it's gotta be a scam.Im in Seattle WA,and that's an Atlanta Number so I hope yall can stop these [***],cuz I'm sure they are getting some Hardworking Sapp:[
