Called during dinner. Caller ID is Unknown.

This is a complete scam! They claim they are a law firm that was hired to recover money from a bad check written to Winn Dixie over 10 years ago. They get really rude when you question them at all and will not provide any documentation from the so called company that hired them. When I research the # it gives several complaints over the same situation. If I had written a bad check and never paid I would have been put in jail!! Do not listen to any of these people it is all a scam!!

This must be another number that they are using in an attempt to extort money.

I have received several calls from 404-382-7258, 404902-6164. They are going by the Names: Vivian Lane, Tolliver Carr and Stephanie. They are saying they are calling from a Law Firm. It  is very hard to make out the name of the Law Firm. Flag #1. They become very agitated when you began to question them. They are saying I had a returned check to Pizza Hut back in 1994 that was unpaid. This is bogus information and is a scam. They even went to lengths to call my husband on his cell phone saying I will be arrested if I did not pay it before 3 o'clock today. These people should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. It is very sad you have people like this that go around trying to scam people. I have reported them before to the FTC once but I will be reporting them again. I would recommend if you get a call from them to report them as well.
