The caller claimed he was from HHSC (health and human services), and kept asking "how are you doing today"? Very loud in the background and he had thick accent. I hung up.
Leaves no message. Block the number but all day long get calls so my list of blocked calls is getting longer and longer. If they don't get you using one number they call from they pass it along to one of their cohorts to see if they have any luck dialing from another number! I just keep blocking!
