called, when answering they hung up, called back and a recording said the number had been disconnected or no longer in use, how can a phone that has been disconnected or no longer in use be used to call me?
It just done the same thing on me. Missed the call twiced so I tried to call back and said it was disconnected or no long in service. I'm thinking it's someone with a smart phone. They can enter in a number that they want to show up without exposing their real number. They can also change their voice from a man to a woman or vice versa.
