Call saying IRS was filing suit against me.  As the IRS only sends things out by snail mail this is a scam

Block this number on your cell phone.  It's a total scam.  Don't answer from this caller and BLOCK all future calls from them.  Just reported this to Attorney General's Office.

Got 3 calls from this number within the last 8 hours.  Recorded message: "The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you.  Call back to get information"... blah, blah.  Obviously a scam, the IRS doesn't cold call people.
