Another of many calls that hangs up as soon as you answer. It's almost as though they want you to call back and see who they are as a way around the Do Not Call Registry rules. They can always claim they accidentally called the wrong number and hung up.
There are so many of these and they make the Do Not Call Registry meaningless. I reported some of these to MD Congressman Chris Van Hollen's office. His staff said they have the same problem due, in part, to callers outside the U.S. and beyond enforcement of these rules.
These scammers just called my cell phone. I did not answer it due to I never answer a call from a number I do not know, and I ALWAYS come to this site to check to see if anyone else has received the same call. Looks like they are calling and trying to scam many people. They did not leave a message. I put the number on my black list via the app call control.
People have to start getting afterr the lazy [***] politicians in Washington to stop this crap. I live in a senior citizen building and the older people answer anything, they are afraid it might be their family. I mention look at your call ID before picking up the phone. You pick up snd that tells the idiots there is a living person at the number they call, and then they sell these numbers.
