You all are fools for pressing anything or calling back. That just lets the scammers know that they have an active number. The DO-NOT-CALL list is a joke. Scammers pay no attention to it.
VERIFICATION DEPT from (404) 400-1170 calls EVERYDAY, I have pressed "2" and was told that they will put me on a Do Not Call list on 09/15/2013, This only made them call me more and some times 2 to 3 times a day.
I got my first call from this number, same ID, yesterday. No message. The ringer is turned off on land line. If someone leaves a message that's worth answering, I do so. I check caller ID log frequently when I'm around.
They called me and said my email address is causing other people's emails to crash and wanted to do a diagnostic. Told him he was crazy. Said he was n Texas; no is n Atlanta. Called back- no disconnected.
